The history of Artistic Diving in Sipalay
ARTISTIC DIVING RESORT and PADI DIVE CENTER
is located at the beach front of Punta Ballo, Sipalay City Philippines. The great beach and dive resort was founded in 1998 as the first dive operation in the entire region and is owned by the Swiss National and Diving Instructor Arthur Mueller MSDT #97630 and his Filipino wife Evalyn Mueller. During that time, (1997) Sipalay was a small fishing village, away from tourism and travel guides. There was no power and no telephone was available.
We just had a very bad bumpy road going to our place. We had to ride a motorbike for one hour, to get to a telephone unit. 2001, Sipalay turned into a City. During the same time, the City of Sipalay got 4 public telephone units. Three years later, Sipalay City was able to communicate via mobile phone. In the year 2007, Punta Ballo was set up for mobile phone communication. In the same time, a new road was built into our place. In the meantime, we can offer all luxuries as such as Internet or Wi Fi. Our kitchen has more and more developed over the years, now we can offer plenty of delicious menus. Our nice swimming pool invites you for any kind of pleasure and is a great start to learn diving. Apart from diving, snorkelling, eating and relaxing, you can also try beach volleyball, dart, or billiard. Just enjoy.............................
